RECOVERY OF BIBS

​

You can pick up your bib at the Domaine du Boisé, in Boischatel, in the chalet near the covered ice rink. Here are the times when we will do the distribution:

 

  • Friday  |  February 2, 2024  |  5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Saturday  |  February 3, 2024  |  7am to 1:30pm

 

Arrive early and avoid the long queues!

AFTER-SNOW SNACK

​

All participants of the event will receive a post-race snack. On presentation of your bib, you can enjoy a comforting lunch. Don't forget to try our European mulled wine!

​

​

MEDALS

​

All participants who complete their events receive a souvenir medal of the event as a mark of accomplishment.

REFUELING

​

All events benefit from 1 to 2 supplies. Water and energy drink are waiting for you!

CHANGING ROOM

​

There is no luggage deposit. You can leave your personal belongings in your vehicle if needed.

​

​

​

PARKING

​

There are several parking spaces on the site of the event, but also in the surrounding streets.

​

​

​

BATHROOMS

​

They are inside the ice rink chalet. Additional toilets will also be located outside.

​

​

​

WATER AND ELECTROLYTES

 

At the event site, you have water and an electrolyte drink available.

​

​

​

FIRST AID

 

A first aid service will ensure safety, evacuations and treatment for participants in need.

​

In the event that you need assistance, advise the participants around you so that they warn us. Try to walk to the finish or to a refreshment stop if possible. A patrol will go up the paths of the courses, so plan a few minutes of waiting.

 

​

 

PHOTOGRAPHERS

 

There are 3 photographers to immortalize your day! The first will be posted at the finish and the other 2 in the course. The photos will be posted on our website a few days after the end of the event.

​

FAMILY ATTRACTIONS

 

On the site of the event, significant investments have been made in recent years to make the site more entertaining. Several activities are available to families to entertain you before and after your SnowNergie!

​

TEMPERATURE

 

A winter activity brings its challenges in the face of cold and snow! Note that the event will be held regardless of weather conditions, unless the safety of participants and volunteers is at risk.

​

You will then be notified by email and on our Facebook page of the follow-up that will be given to the activity, if necessary.

 

Take care to bring a change of clothes for the post-race. You can leave your personal belongings inside the baggage room. However, the organization is not responsible for damage or theft of your belongings.
